Returns & Refunds ✨

We want you to love every piece you bring home from House of Mystics.

- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, email us at houseofmysticsbymegha@gmail.com.
- An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return, damage, or wrong-item claims.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with your opening video, and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you about the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
